By enquiring or booking a stay at Maa Sharda Homestay, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Enquiries

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. Prices shared over call, WhatsApp or email are indicative and confirmed at the time of booking. Group bookings may require advance confirmation.

Check-in & Check-out

Please share your arrival and departure times in advance. Valid government photo ID is required for all guests at check-in, as per local regulations.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment, respect the property, kitchen and shared spaces, and follow safety instructions. All rooms are Non-AC. Smoking and any unlawful activity are not permitted on the premises.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Any advance paid is adjusted against your total stay cost.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the booking and season and will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking.

Liability

Maa Sharda Homestay is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own valuables. Use of the rooftop, kitchen, boats and other facilities is at the guest's own risk.

Parking & Boats

Parking and boat access are arranged with nearby third-party providers as a convenience; their availability and charges may vary.
